Introducing our new pricing - how will this affect your current Neptune's use

For the last couple of months, we were gathering feedback about our pricing based on project packages. We found out that most of you weren’t happy to purchase three projects at once. Today I’m excited to announce that we decided to meet our users’ expectations and change the current pricing to pay per user model.

This article should give you an answer on how, and if, that change is going to impact your current Neptune’s usage.

New pricing will go live on October 22nd.

How is this going to impact my current Neptune's usage?

Use Neptune for free or pay per user

New pricing was designed to serve both individuals and teams better. That’s why Individual account remains free, while teams can take advantage of unlimited projects and 1 TB of storage while paying $79 per user monthly. For teams that want to try it out or are okay with the limits, there is a Free Team option available, both as SaaS and on-prem. With the new pricing, you have all the flexibility to choose a plan that fits your needs best.

Developing Neptune, we are always taking into consideration our users’ feedback, so don’t hesitate to leave us one.
